After making his appearance in Kanni Raasi (also streaming on ZEE5) opposite Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vemal is ready to return on the same streaming platform with his upcoming investigative drama series, Vilangu. Apart from this web series, the Tamil actor also has some interesting forthcoming movies in his bag. It seems like he is ready to make his name in the Tamil industry.
Bruce Lee fame, Prasanth Pandiyaraj, will helm the series. His debut directional venture also starred GV Prakash and Kriti Kharbanda. He served as the associate of the movie director Pandiraj in the early days of his career.
Apart from Vemal, the upcoming Tamil series has Ineya as the female lead. Also, we have Munishkanth and Balasaravanan in the cast as well. The former is ready to play a cop in the show. Viewers will witness him going after a man with a precious bag. However, things get twisty when Vemal encounters that bag.
Prominent South Indian acting talent, Sivakarthikeyan, released the official poster of Vilangu via his Twitter handle yesterday. Additionally, he confirmed that it will start streaming on the ZEE5 platform on February 18. Furthermore, Ajesh composed the musical score for the show.
