The 2022 mystery thriller ‘Where The Crawdads Sing’ is going to premiere on Netflix India on the 24th of January in 2023. The movie had its theatrical release on July 15 this year and had a pretty good response from audiences.

Olivia Newman is well known for directing episodes of TV shows like ‘FBI’, ‘Dare Me’, ‘Chicago Fire’, ‘Chicago P.D’ etc. The movie is adapted from the 2018 mystery novel of the same name by Delia Owens. ‘Where The Crawdads Sing’ tells the story of a young girl Catherine a.k.a ‘Kya’ who is abandoned by her family. She has to live by herself in difficult conditions. She suddenly is framed for a murder of a person she was in a relationship with. The movie has pretty good plot twists and audiences have liked the movie very much. There was a preoccupation in the minds of readers about how well the novel would be adapted by the makers, but it turns out they are not disappointed after all.
The movie was previously available on Amazon Prime Video Store on rent. It has got pretty good ratings and reviews and is good for a watch if you like thrillers and crime mysteries. It will be available to watch on Netflix from January 24, 2023.
