Filmmaker Shankar is all geared up for his release of ‘Indian 2’ and he is already talking about ‘Indian 3’ and other films. He even discussed his ideas for the next three films, one being a historical, one of the spy genre and one science fiction. But he is surprisingly silent on his next up with Ram Charan. The filmmaker only mentions ‘Game Changer’ a few times during the promotions of ‘Indian 2’ and it seems he tries to avoid the subject.
Ram Charan needs an ambitious film after the roaring success of ‘RRR’ just like NTR Jr. got his massive pan-Indian film ‘Devara’. And who is better than Shankar to give Ram Charan his next hit. The director has time and again surprised audiences with his vision and ambition.
The poster, announcement teaser were released so long ago. It has been quite long even since the song ‘Jaragandi’ came out. But Shankar continues to keep mum on the movie, which does not look too good to fans of Ram Charan. They feel that the film is at stake and Shankar does not want to take responsibility.
In a recent interview, while praising the movie ‘Kalki’, Shankar said that movies like ‘Kanguva’, ‘Coolie’ and ‘Pushpa 2’ will be huge as well. But he does not mention ‘Game Changer’, which some viewers interpret as his effort to be unbiased. However, when Shankar is bringing out such a huge film with all this potential, with a hero that gave an International hit only few days back, he should put some efforts on the promotions for the movie as well. Being too confident on the content alone does not seem to work out well these days and you have to put conscious effort to bring audiences to the theaters.
