Citadel: Honey Bunny is easily one of the most anticipated series from India this year. The series has a great share of action and thrill and it still comes out as a disappointment.
How?
You see, the script has many many flaws. Yes, the artificial cliffhangers at the end of each episode may give you some sort of excitement but the overall script is disappointing. The loopholes, the easy getaways and several underdeveloped characters are the reason the series disappoints.
You see, Samantha is a fire in this series. But, Citadel Honey Bunny is not The Family Man.
Perhaps these mishaps are due to the fact that Raj and DK did not get full independence. It is pretty natural as the series is essentially a brainchild of Russo Brothers who will have a strong influence on the overall story.
But, it is not a wrong statement to say that Citadel Honey Bunny is the best thing in the whole franchise. According to the standards of the entire Prime Video and Citadel franchise, this may be an achievement.
But, Indians are well aware that Raj and DK alongwith Prime Video India have a far better potential than this. That’s why, Citadel Honey Bunny is a sort of disappointment for the Indian audience and Prime Video India.
