Bandish Bandits is coming again for Season 2. The series was a breath of fresh air when it was released for the first time and this time too the expectations are very very high.
The super beautiful music, fresh storyline and tremendously powerful performances made the series a perfect option to binge-watch.
The second season is coming and people have some high hopes, especially in terms of music.
But, there are severe problems.
And doubts too.
What?
You see, every second part of a successful film/series suffers from two things.
First is the “anxiety of replicating the success” and second is the “success” itself.
The first one is pretty simple. But the second one is tricky.
You see, when a series or film becomes successful then naturally the budget for the second part increases.
The director wants to upscale the things and the originality gets lost.
This is what we fear in Bandish Bandits Season 2. You see, if the new song is a “video song” within the screenplay of the series then it is fine.
But, if it is something that the makers are gonna use in the story of the series then sorry, it is not what people liked Bandish Bandits Season 1 for.
You see, it looks like a typical music video. Of course, it is a T-Series video and the innocence and authenticity of the first part is gone.
