The promotions of the upcoming Prime Video series Citadel are going on a massive scale. The American installment of the series is less than a month away from getting released, also you might be aware that Citadel is the first of its kind series.
It is being developed simultaneously in three different installments. After the American one, we will get the Italian series followed by the Indian series.

Needless to say, this is a massive project by Prime Video after The Rings Of Power. Also, the Indian actress officially announced that all the installments will be connected to each other.

Is India ready to have its own series that would be watched by the world?
Prime Video sucks at a few places but it has one of the biggest and most celebrated series in India. Recently the mammoth reception of Farzi is a great example. The same Raj & DK are developing the Indian version and the followers of the American Citadel will also look for the chain of events that happen in the universe.
So yes, there is a high chance that an Indian show will get the sort of reception that it was long due.
