Jio Hotstar is finally brining something to look forward to after a barrage of dull and mediocre stuff. Pankaj Tripathi is coming back as advocate Madhav Mishra ready to take up a new case in Jio Hotstar’s ‘Criminal Justice – A Family Matter’ this May.
In the newly launched teaser for this latest season of ‘Criminal Justice’, a woman is seen approaching Madhav Mishra with a case that is much more complicated than it looks. The teaser further gives a glimpse of other characters without giving any hint whatsoever about the case. The mystery angle makes the teaser intriguing and spikes viewer interest.
Ever since the merger of Jio Cinema and Disney+ Hotstar, there has been nothing that matches the quality the latter once delivered in terms of original content. Almost everything that came out was cliched and not up to the mark. But now with ‘Criminal Justice’ season 4 this might change for the newly minted Jio Hotstar.
‘Criminal Justice’ has been a very successful franchise for Hotstar, and there are high chances it will deliver this time as well given the show’s popularity. Moreover, Pankaj Tripathi’s star presence is a big pulling factor for the show. The new season comes after almost a three year gap which has further created a fresh wave of excitement among the fans.
Directed by Rohan Sippy and Harman Wadala, this fourth season of ‘Criminal Justice’ stars Pankaj Tripathi, Surveen Chawla, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Shweta Basu Prasad, Mita Vasisht, Kalyanee Mulay, Ajeet Singh, Khushboo Atre, Aatm Prakash Mishra, Barkha Singh, Asha Negi, and Khushi Bhardwaj among others.
Produced by Applause Entertainment in association with BBC Studios India, ‘Criminal Justice – A Family Matter’ will arrive only on Jio Hotstar on 22nd May, 2025.
