After giving a massive blockbuster in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, industry’s latest superstars and hot favourites Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani’s upcoming film ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’ has now got a release date. Helmed by Sameer Vidwans, ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’ is all set to release in theatres on 29th June, 2023.
Kartik Aaryan is reuniting with his ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ co-star Kiara Advani for ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’ which was earlier called ‘Satyanarayan Ki Katha’. Touted to be a musical love story, the film is written by Karan Shrikant Sharma and directed by Sameer Vidwans.
Kartik and Kiara’s pair worked wonders for their first film together and the makers expect the same for ‘Satyanaray Ki Katha’ given the love angle in the film. The duo’s chemistry on screen pulled off quite well in ‘BB2’ and that’s what made the makers bring them back together. Moreover, both Kiara and Kartik have had a pretty good run in the industry recently.
It’s interesting to see how Kartik Aaryan’s career has progressed ever since his debut film ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’. The actor has created a unique niche for himself in the industry with projects like ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, ‘Luka Chuppi’, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’, ‘Dhamaka’ and most recently ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’.
Famous for his monologue from his debut film, Kartik Aaryan has a number of exciting films lined up with some big banners. His upcoming works include Shashanka Ghosh’s ‘Freddy’, Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’ and another yet to titled project that will be helmed by ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ filmmaker Kabir Khan, Rohit Dhawan’s ’Shehzada’ and Hansal Mehta’s ‘Captain India’ among others.
Talking about Kiara, she was last seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ and before that in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ and ‘Shershaah’. While the first two released in theatres and were huge commercial success, ‘Shershaah’ was very well received despite premiering on OTT.
Other than ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’, Kiara’s upcoming projects include ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ and ‘RC15’ in which she star alongside ‘RRR’ fame Ram Charan.
