Many are now aware that, Abhishek Bachchan is making digital debut with the second season of Breathe. However, it was a pre-decided choice much like Madhavan’s who starred in the first season. They picked a particular series because it interested them while they had the movies with a theatrical release in place.
However, without much noise, two of Abhishek Bachchan theatrically planned releases are now arriving digitally. It is in addition to the series. The movies are The Big Bull and Ludo. An announcement regarding the former has already come, the same about the latter is expected soon.
What is interesting to note here is that, each Abhishek Bachchan outing comes in a different platform. Breathe Season 2, as we all know, is an Amazon Prime Original. The Big Bull lands on Disney Plus Hotstar whereas Ludo is expected to come on Netflix.
Whether intended or not, success in the OTT space could provide a new lease of life for a talented actor like Abhishek Bachchan. He could be following the footsteps of Saif Ali Khan in this regard. Sacred Games had turned his life as an actor and provided him with ample opportunities.
