So, today is the day. The day that fans finally get to witness the much-awaited Season 3 of the much-loved Netflix show “Education”. Sex Education Season 3 without a doubt has been one series that Netflix viewers have been dying to watch. The second season of Sex Education was already released more than a year ago, in January, last year and fans wanted an update on Season 3. Finally, after much debate and a lot of questions, Netflix announced the release date for Sex Education to be 17th of September and today finally we have the show officially streaming on Netflix.
Now, after a long wait, fans needed something that could knock them out completely with the story and it looks like Netflix is delivering that. The reason why we believe that is because, within minutes of its release in India, the series has entered the Top 10 chart for TV Shows on Netflix. Also, not to mention how Sex Education has been trending on Twitter, currently with 14.6k tweets. The last time we saw this madness, it was with “Money Heist”. But, the Spanish show had an edge as it constantly maintained its position in the Top 10 list, just like “Friends”.
But, the case with Sex Education is a bit different. The show, within minutes, zoomed past so many releases and entered Top 10. The show is currently ruling the No. 7 position and looks like within a few hours it might go even higher. There is definitely a possibility that the show will enter the Top 10 overall chart for Netflix India and if it does, it wouldn’t be a miracle. A show like “Sex Education” definitely deserves all the fame. People were waiting patiently enough for “Sex Education” to drop it seems, otherwise, it would have taken quite some time to reflect on the charts. But, the changes were seen within just 5 minutes of its release in India.
As for the Season 3 of Sex Education, it brings back our favorite characters once again, but this time all in grown-up avatars of themselves. Season 3 seemingly shows how the characters apparently have evolved over the seasons and not have been stagnant. Also, not to mention, Moordale High is getting their own version of “Umbridge” with the antagonist new Headmistress Hope Haddon, who introduces new rules and turns the lives of the Moordale High kids upside down. Going from reviews all around, season 3 too, doesn’t disappoint at all and despite being a Gen-Z focused show, it delivers more than just “Gen-Z” knowledge. This definitely is one of the major reasons, why “Sex Education” became a superhit.
