Some films pass their actual test after multiple filters. After the onset of the OTT platforms, they are a great check mark to pass. Lucky for Writer Padmabhushan, the criticism is coming after a successful theatrical run.
The movie stars Suhas in the lead role, along with Tina Shilparaj, Rohini, and Ashish Vidyarthi. It tells the story of an aspiring writer Padmabhushan from Vijayawada who has a hope of becoming famous after publishing his first book. But of course, things don’t go the way they are supposed to and that’s when we see the story and character getting matured.
Meanwhile, he is also in love with a girl who finally gets with him.
The story seems like a mediocre one but it opened to a highly positive response from the audience. Needless to say, it is a small budget and has gained good success. Regardless, the tables have turned and people are calling the film to be average.
The allegations include a poor story to not-so-great execution. Of course, low budget films can’t have a great production value and it is reflected in the film all throughout.
Nevertheless, this is nothing but feedback for the upcoming films by the makers. Because Writer Padmabhushan is a commercial hit anyways.
