After losing Kapil Sharma to Netflix, Sony has brought Zakir Khan on board to entertain its viewers. A new comedy show titled ‘Aapka Apna Zakir’ is all set to premiere soon on SonyLIV.
In the announcement video launched today for ‘Aapka Apna Zakir’, Zakir Khan is seen doing promotional campaign like a politician but he ain’t gonna remove poverty or bring jobs but guarantees happiness and laughter to all.
Zakir Khan is a well known and beloved stand up comedian, actor, and poet. His stand up specials for Amazon Prime Video that include ‘Haq Se Single’, Kaksha Gyarvi’, ‘Tathatsu’ and ‘Mannpasand’ are fan favourite. Moreover, his comedy series ‘Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare’ also received lots of love from viewers.
It was long anticipated that after Kapil Sharma’s exit it would be Zakir Khan who would be doing a special show for Sony but details on the same were awaited.
