Some streaming platforms are way more powerful than others. If we consider the number of subscribers then there is no platform even close to Disney+Hotstar. Netflix and Prime Video are not that strong but they do offer a very convenient and nice User Experience.
Zee5 and SonyLIV are often trolled for their app. While the latter is infamous for a not so great UI, Zee5 is well-known for simply destroying the entire watching experience. The audience has noticed the subtitle issue for a long time and now they are giving trouble in streaming also.
Fans are noticing that they are simply unable to play the movie as it just keeps on loading. For those who can play the film, the trouble does not get sorted in any manner. Zee5 promised that they would bring Dolby Audio thus giving a theatre-like sound experience. Adding to that they also promised to stream the film in 4K UHD.

Users are not even able to play the film in FHD let alone the 4K UHD resolution. They are complaining that the film is streaming only in 720p which is anything but desirable in 2022 as users pay for 4K UHD and enjoying a film in 720p was great in 2012 but not 2022.
I'm unable to watch in Amazon Fire tv getting error and in phone it's only 720p, also no help line available for 24/7

There is no 4k option
only 720p with stereo not even 1080p
