ZEE5 Telugu has just launched the trailer for its upcoming Telugu show, ‘Maa Neella Tank’. The series is all set to premiere on ZEE5 Telugu on July 15.
Maa Neella Tank is a romantic comedy that will mark the OTT debut of Telugu actor, Sushanth. The Maa Neella Tank trailer focuses majorly on the charming star, and his equation with the female lead, played by Priya Anand. The trailer is light-hearted and breezy, much like the series itself. A bit of emotional drama towards the end balances the otherwise flippant feel of the 2-minute runtime of the trailer.
Maa Neella Tank is set in the quiet village of Muchivolu. Sushanth plays Sub-Inspector Vamshi, who is sick and tired of the banal cases he is assigned to crack. Priya Anand plays Surekha, who is the crush of the local rich man’s son, Gopal (Sudharshan). When Gopal climbs up the village water tank and threatens to jump off if he’s not united with the love of his life, Surekha, Vamshi sets off in search of Surekha; but of course, falls for her instead!
Maa Neella Tank is produced by Praveen Kolla, and directed by Lakshmi Sowjanya. It stars Sushanth, Priya Anand, Lavanya Reddy, Sudharshan, Prem Sagar, Ramaraj, Nirosha Ratha, Divi Vadtthya, Vasu, among others, in crucial roles.
