Zee5 has unveiled the trailer of its upcoming Telugu original series ‘Bahishkarana’ and its one intriguing tale of forbidden love and oppression by the powerful. Helmed by Mukesh Prajapathi, ‘Bahishkarana’ will premiere exclusively on Zee5 on 19th July, 2024.
‘Bahishkarana’ trailer shows how a young man and woman fall in love but their glory days are short lived when their love story becomes public. The powerful in the village try to separate them but when the feared become fearless it gets ruthless. And that’s what happens in this Zee5 show. What follows is a gruesome sequence of events with ladies taking over the screen in second half of the trailer.
An unfortunate series of events lead a trapped Anjali, the Sarpanch’s courtesan to her lover Darshi, a loyal servant to his master. But will his loyalty be questioned when he realises that his master is evil? Will Anjali avenge the Sarpanch for all the crime that he has committed while plotting against her?
‘Bhahishkarana’ unfolds a tale of dark secrets, forbidden love, and vengeful twists. When tragedy strikes Lakshmi’s family during a chance encounter with the village sarpanch, Shivaya, lives unravel, leading to unexpected unions and heart-wrenching betrayals. As hidden pasts resurface, the journey evolves into a compelling first season, exploring the consequences of love and revenge in a village marked by deception.
Written and directed by Mukesh Prajapathi, ‘Bahishkarana’ is a periodic mystery revenge drama set in Rural Andhra filled with several twists and turns. The series stars Anjali, Ananya Nagalla, Ravindra Vijay, Mahaboob Basha, and Sritej among others.
