But a noticeable section of JioHotstar users has been unable to use this feature.

Technical glitches have plagued the platform for quite some time now, especially during major sporting events and tournaments. From the IPL to the Champions Trophy, and even the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy and tennis Grand Slams like Wimbledon, JioHotstar’s servers and features have frequently struggled to handle the massive traffic these events generate.
Yet, during those tournaments, the “Key Moments” feature worked flawlessly. For the Premier League, though, it seems to have been left out in the cold.
The frustration is understandable. In a fast-paced world, not everyone has the luxury of dedicating two hours to a single match. The “Key Moments” feature is crucial for staying updated, and its absence has pushed viewers to voice their frustration loudly on social media.
As the season progresses, fans are hoping for a quick fix. After all, the promise of a seamless, high-quality, feature-rich Premier League viewing experience is what draws them to the platform in the first place. Stay tuned for more updates.
