September is already gone, and we have entered the last quarter of 2025. That means the time has come when we will see more and more big originals, so that the platform makes maximum use of the holiday season.
Anyway, before we begin with the analysis, let’s have a look at the shows and films that got released on Prime Video India last month.

Analysis
Let’s talk about the original series first. The first original show to come out on Prime Video in September 2025 was “Do You Wanna Partner.” The series was headlined by Tamanna Bhatia and Diana Penty, who are popular Bollywood actresses. It also had some other familiar faces, but it could not save the show from mediocrity. The show was not received very well, and even the public did not accept it with open arms. What the makers needed to do was to focus more on the execution part, where they utterly failed.
Let’s talk about the second original show, which is a reality show called Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna. The celebrity Talk show is hosted by the two ladies who have very strong connections in Bollywood. This works in favour of them as well as against them. They have the luxury of inviting the giants of the industry, but they are too friendly with the guests, and that’s why the conversation never becomes interesting for the public.
There was no original movie on the platform for the entire month. That is kinda not good but that it also very typical of Prime Video.
Other than Coolie, no movie stood out either. The platform has had many licensed films but none of them stood out. It was not the best month for the platform and it deserves no more than 5 out of 10.
