Many users in India are currently facing a frustrating problem with Netflix. People are making payments for their subscriptions, but their accounts are not getting activated. In some cases, users are even being charged twice. What makes it worse is that despite paying money, they are still unable to watch anything. This defeats the entire purpose of subscribing.
This issue has been going on for months, and people are losing patience. When someone pays for a service, they expect instant access. That is the basic promise of any OTT platform. But here, users are left waiting without clear answers or quick solutions. For a platform as big and established as Netflix, this is simply not acceptable.
Many affected users have taken to social media to express their anger and disappointment. They are sharing screenshots, tagging Netflix, and demanding refunds or activation. These are not isolated complaints. The number of people speaking out shows that this is a serious and widespread problem.
What is most concerning is the slow response. Payment systems should be the strongest and most reliable part of any digital platform. If people cannot trust the payment process, they will stop trusting the platform itself.
Netflix has built its reputation on quality and reliability. But if it does not fix this issue quickly, it risks damaging the trust it has built over the years. Users deserve better, especially when they are paying for the experience.
@NetflixIndia everytime when I open TV Netflix asking for "UPDATE YOUR PAYMENTINFORMATION". After payment the amount refunded to my account and then againthe drama continues. Why ? Give the solution.

This is very disappointing that we all came together and purchased a Netflix Premium plan, but after the payment, we are unable to log in. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. pic.twitter.com/XsxIgjVh5d
