Jacob Pincus was born and grew up in Pittsburgh. He is currently a senior at Beachwood High School outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He wants to make films for the rest of his life so he thought high school would be a good time to start. Jacob is also the owner and operator of a photography and videography called Pincus Pictures (pincuspictures.com). His film company is called "Cove Films".
His award-winning 2019 short documentary, "Stronger than Steel" tells the story of the Pittsburgh community trying to heal following the Tree of Life Synagogue Shooting in October 2018.
Jacob's upcoming short drama, "Blinded Eyes", tells a story of a young ill man after being discharged from the hospital and follows his journey as he searches for a moment of human connection.
