Koji Uchida is a 23-year-old student filmmaker who’s an illustrator, painter, and animator, he has explored various creative mediums, but filmmaking is where he feels he fits the most bringing together his love for visuals and narrative. He has worked on Tira Tira (2025) as an assistant director and Japan Surplus (2025) as the production designer, shaping stories both behind the camera and through immersive world-building.
