Yevgeny Ulshin (1936–2003) was a Soviet and Ukrainian film director.
Born on July 22, 1936. Graduated from the Poltava Theater Studio (1960) and the directing department of the Kyiv State Institute of Theater Arts named after I. Karpenko-Kary (1968).
From 1969 to 1982, he was a director at the Ukrteleviz studio.
He was a member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
He died on September 18, 2003.
