Kettyolanu Ente Malakha is a Malayalam language drama starring Asif Ali and Veena Nandakumar. The movie opened with decent reviews when it hit the cinemas on November 22nd, 2019. It is streaming now on Amazon Prime Video. Sleevachan (Asif Ali) is a farmer who is hardworking and sincere. His focus is on his work and taking care of his mother. He is getting old but never thinks of getting married. One day when Sleevachan sees his mother in a dangerous situation, he realizes the importance of having a wife. Sleevachan has an arranged marriage with Rincy (Veena Nandakumar). A virgin and inexperienced Sleevachan maintains distance with Rincy not knowing how to approach with matters related to sex. It leads to friction and a growing gap between the two. A further suggestion by friends almost leads to the breaking of the relationship. How they come together finally after going through a lot of lows is the basic plot of the movie. Nissam Basheer directs Kettyolanu Ente Malajha as his debut work. Ravindran, Manohari Jaffar Idukki, Rony David, Basil Joseph, Maala Parvathi etc. plays vital supporting roles. William Francis provides the music.
