The trailer for Kiruthiga Udhyanidhi’s next directorial venture ‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ is out now and there’s a lot going on in this fun filled new age rom com. ‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ is all set to launch in theatres on 14th January, 2025.
Trailer for ‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ follows Shriya (Nithya Menon), who discovers that she is pregnant but doesn’t know who is the father. More so she isn’t ready to marry someone her parents what to avoid any societal stigma. On the other hand is Sid (Jayam Ravi), who is struggling to cope with his breakup from Nirupama (T. J. Bhanu), a model by profession.
As Sid and Shriya start to connect, Nirupama enters into scene, creating a whole new wave of emotions between the three. But is there a love triangle, given Sid and Shreya weren’t romantically involved yet the ex’s entry makes things complicated. A whole lot is going on in this new age romance drama that has its share of fun, comedy and laughs.
The trailer looks peppy, vibrant and heartfelt and gives a vibe that ‘Kadhalikka Meramillai’ will have a lot of fun yet chaotic mess to deal with. The cinematography looks great with sharp editing. The visuals are appealing to the new age yet the romance is for every age group.
Moreover, ‘Kadhalikka Meramillai’ tries to create its own place in an entertainment industry that’s widely dominated by male centric stories and are mostly violent. And the music by A. R. Rahman just helps it do it with more pleasure.
‘Kadhalikka Meramillai’ is written and directed by Kiruthiga Udyanidhi and stars Jayam Ravi, Nithya Menon, Yogi Babu, Vinay Rai, John Kokken, Lal, T. J. Bhanu, and Lakshmy Ramakrishnan among others. Produced by Udhyanidhj Stalin under the Red Giant Movies banner, ‘Kadhalikka Meramillai’ will release in cinemas on 14th January, 2025.
