The OTT release date of Karthi and Arvind Swamy’s latest movie is now revealed. ‘Meiyazhagan’ will be coming to Netflix on the 25th of October.
‘Meiyazhagan’ is written and directed by C. Prem Kumar and is produced by Jyothika and Suriya. The word ‘Meiyazhagan’ means ‘sweetheart’ in Tamil. The movie tells the story of a forty year old man who is compelled to return to his village after 22 long years. He was outcasted by the people of his village and now he meets someone from the village and his life starts to change. The sweet and gentle drama has a very ‘Malgudi’ charm over it. And critics have said that the movie is about good people and it is for good people. It has an Invincible feel good vibe around and if you missed watching this in theaters, do not miss the opportunity to watch it on OTT.
Apart from having Karthi and Arvind Swamy in the leading roles, there are also actors like Rajkiran, Devadharshini, Ilavarasu in important roles. The cinematography of the movie is handled by Mahendiran Jayaraju and the music is given by Govind Vasantha. Karthi and Swamy are awesome in their roles and they will make you smile and she teams as well.
It will be there on Netflix in five languages, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada from the 25th of October.
