31st October will see the release of multiple films from the Southern regions. Among all the titles, Amaran and Bagheera have come out as the favourites. They can expect a great reception from the audience and even go on to become national hits.
These two titles are also looking forward to a clash on the day in order to proclaim their domination in the box office. While IMDB lists Bagheera above Amaran in the list of most anticipated Indian films. Whereas, in BookMyShow, Amaran has a better reception than its competitor. The Prashanth Neel effect though gives Bagheera an edge over Amaran.
But recently, Amaran dropped the trailer for the Hindi dub version of the film. This will make the film appeal to the audience nation-wide rather than being restricted to specific regions. On the top of it, Amaran also has the edge in Southern regions by releasing in almost all the regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam etc. Compared to it, Bagheera will only be released in two languages namely Kannada and Telugu.
Though analysts are stating that Amaran being released in Hindi will have absolutely no effect over its collection; it is not that simple. The film obviously will fail when compared to the giants like Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. But compared to Bagheera, the film being released in Hindi will certainly be beneficial for it. It was already tapping more markets and with its release in Hindi, it will also touch the national markets.
Hence the release of Amaran in Hindi dub will come as good news for the makers and the film will benefit a lot. It will especially be helpful in killing the competition for the film which will ensure its dominion in the markets of Southern regions.
