After the nostalgic ride Bollywood is again back with its action packed mind blowing movies, directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat produced under Dharma Production, kill was released on 5th July 2024, and is streaming on Disney + Hotstar right now.
Nonetheless , this movie received a good critics response and got 7.6 on IMDb, as well as running 90% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes.
But after a few weeks of this superhit Bollywood blockbuster’s premiere, rumours about its Telugu remake started coming in front.
According to the sources Raghava Lawrence announced the remake of this movie in both Tamil and Telugu.
Lawrence, who is right now very much invested in his “Kanchana” franchise, signed a new film with Ramesh Varman, which will be an action packed movie.
Making an action packed movie is not really a new thing for the Tamil and Telugu industry.
But, now they are saying that it won’t be a remake of “KILL” , it will be a completely different movie with a new script.
Now, Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s “Kill” had a very unique and brutal approach to it. The movie is about a train hijack, where two commandos tried to save the people and demolish the attackers.
The casting of the film was very special as it had stars like Lakshya, besides Raghav Juyal, whom we saw as a dancer and comedian host in “Dance Plus”, Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, Tanya Maniktala and Abhishek Chauhan.
The best selling point of the movie was that it was based on a real life incident .
Now we have to wait and watch, whether the rumours are true or not.
Because making an action movie for the south industry is like a cake walk, and Lawrence is now stepping on to his 25th movie.
All we can do right now is assume that the movie can be inspired by “Kill” or it can be a totally new action packed mind numbing movie which is now trendy.
