Kannada action prince Dhruva Sarja plays the lead in ‘KD The Devil’ a high-budget film produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the KVN Productions banner. Directed by Prem, the film features Reeshma Nanaiah as the female lead. The project also stars Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, and Nora Fatehi in prominent roles. The teaser of the film was released on Thursday in a grand launch event.
Speaking at the event, Sanjay Dutt said, “I share a special bond with Hyderabad. I’ve worked with many people here, and I absolutely love the food in this city. I’m currently working on a film with Prabhas sir, and I’m trying to learn Telugu there. I’m a huge fan of Chiranjeevi garu. Producer Venky sir and Suprith are extremely passionate about cinema, which is why they were able to bring such a grand film to life. Director Prem is a wonderful person, very humble. Reeshma has done a fantastic job, and Dhruva is like a younger brother to me. I wish him great success. It’s always full of energy working with Shilpa Shetty. I hope everyone watches and supports our film.”

Director Prem said, “I’m speechless seeing the response to the ‘KD The Devil’ teaser. I only speak Kannada, though I understand Telugu but can’t speak it fluently. I had made ‘Jogi’ in Kannada, which was remade here as ‘Yogi’. I was once asked to direct the Telugu version, but I declined due to the language barrier. I watch a lot of Telugu films and often visit Chiranjeevi garu’s home. Now, I’m coming to the Telugu audience with ‘KD’. The teaser is already receiving an overwhelming response. My friend and family-like Dhruva Sarja has stood by me throughout this journey. The character ‘Kalidasa’ carries a lot of emotion, and Dhruva portrayed it beautifully. I thank Sanju Baba for taking it on – I’ve always been a big fan of his. Shilpa Shetty was very cooperative during the shoot, and Reeshma is a talented artist.
