Devara Part 1, one of the most anticipated films to be released in the last quarter of the year 2024, is set to be released in not less than a week. The film started its advanced ticket sales in overseas countries and the results are staggering. The film has already bagged more than a million dollars through 50,000 ticket sales in the USA itself. The film proves itself to not only be a pan-Indian film, but a global film as well.
The film is being eagerly awaited by the Indian audience as well. The film is created to lure in the audiences of whole India and not just a particular region. The film is shot primarily in Telugu and Hindi, and stars a cast that can appeal to all of India. The film features, along with NTR Jr. in the lead role, Saif Ali Khan and Jahnvi Kapoor as well.
The film even prior to its release, through pre-release marketing, has earned a lot of profit and the amount generated of theatrical rights for the film too have been huge. This shows the film has created a big hype among the audience which must be utilized in order to make the best out of the film.
The film is about to be released in less than a week and the advanced bookings haven’t even started in India. The makers should understand that the film’s base audience is situated in India and not overseas. Being late in advance ticket sales will lead to chaos among the fans while pre-booking the tickets. Many times, we have seen websites crashing and tickets being sold in black. To ensure a smooth run of ticket sales, this will be the right time for the makers to release the tickets to be pre-booked.
If one considers the hype the movie has created around it, one can understand the need for the pre-bookings to be made available in time. The makers’ lateness in doing so, might become problematic for it. Although one can’t see the ticket sales going down in case of late start of pre-bookings as the hype for the movie is going to last for a while and the film is expected to run for quite some time. Still, the pre-bookings is a necessary step, which is yet to be taken by the makers of Devara Part 1.
