Telugu industry is right now blasting with action packed movies which includes Jr N T R’s “Devara”.
The film was officially announced in April of 2021, but now “Devara Part 1” is all set to release on 26th September 2024.
You know the film will be a hit when pre-sale tickets cross 40,000 making it the fastest Indian film to reach that height, that too in the USA.
The film has already exceeded the 1.5 million dollar mark and is now aiming for the 3 million dollar milestone before its premiere on September 26.
Furthermore before its theatrical release the hindi version had been sold to 45-60cr. We must agree that this is a huge thing for the film.
Probably not because it has the blockbuster star Junior N T R in it, but has a unique storyline as well, the story set in the 1980’s and 1990’s where a very fearless guy Devara from the coastal region embarks on a journey to the sea to safeguard his own people, but behind his back his brother Bhaira is plotting against him.
As we all know, there is always Scar behind every single Mufasa, and the trailer gives you exactly that vibe.
A typical action saga which is divided into two parts, still the craze of the audience proves that amidst the nostalgia ride which every industry is going through right now audiences are craving for some mind numbing brutal action.
This film is written and directed by “Koratala Siva” who is known for breaking the records, apart from Jr NTR this movie also includes Saif Ali Khan in a pivotal role and Janhvi Kapoor which is their first Telugu debut, as well as it stars Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain in supporting roles.
