Netflix India dropped an update about Pushpa 2: The Reloaded. The movie is coming with an extra 23 minutes and fans are rejoicing about it. Even though the film made a huge amount of money at the box office, people are still excited about the film’s OTT release. Pushpa 2 is expected to be released around January 30th.
So what happened?
First Netflix updated only about Pushpa 2 coming to Netflix India soon. But it did not mention any specific language so people assumed that it would be released in all the languages it was released in, including Hindi.
However, Netflix later announced that Pushpa 2: The Reloaded is coming soon to the platform in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Yes, no Hindi version.
This is not going well with most people and they are questioning about the lack of the Hindi version on the platform.
But, the film must follow the usual 8 weeks long window required for it. By that logic, the film may be released on the 14th of February.
But, there is a problem. If we calculate 8 weeks from Pushpa 2 The Reloaded, then the film is anyway coming during the middle of March. So, let’s be hopeful. Most importantly, stay tuned to Binged for the confirmed OTT release date.
