Abhay
Abhay is another thriller which revolves around Officer Abhay Pratap Singh who has the mind of a master criminal and can go to any extent to catch the perpetrator. The series which starred the likes of Kunal Khemu in the lead got some rave review but was painfully overlooked because it released at a very early stage of the platform. Season 2 was some respite as you once again got to see Abhay take on twisted killers and psychopaths.
Kaafir
Kaafir is a Zee5 original that tells us the story of Kainaaz Akhtar who is from Pakistan- administered Kashmir but lands up on the Indian side of the land. What ensues is massive confusion as she is suspected of being a militant in the disguise of a civilian. Dia Mirza plays the lead role in this series, and her on-screen presence along with the beautifully narrated storyline and visuals is what makes it so appealing.
Rangbaaz
Rangbaaz is another gangster crime drama which is fuelled by bullets, betrayals and most importantly, hunger for ‘Power’. We realize that it sounds like another variation of ‘Mirzapur’ but the acting by the leads will keep you glued to your screens. The first season had Saqib Saleem and the Second season has Jimmy Shergill as the main stars of the show. If you love gangster dramas, this should definitely be on your list.
