Homegrown streaming platform SonyLIV has bagged the exclusive streaming rights for ‘Adele: One Night Only’ in India. The concert will stream on SonyLIV on 24th December as a Christmas treat for Adele fans.
Followers of western music will know that Adele has just released her new music album ’30’, a good six years after her last album that released in 2015. A comeback album of sorts, ’30’ navigates the listener through her journey of heartache, hope, remorse, and resurrection. Adele has eloquently expressed her journey, through her divorce, motherhood, and fame. Written between 2018 and 2021, ‘30’ was finally released on 19th November 2021, and has received an incredible response from fans across the world.
‘Adele: One Night Only’ is a concert special that provides a glimpse into the many circumstances and emotions she had to confront while composing the album. Adele: One Night Only is engaging and emotional, where Adele walks viewers through her journey of self-healing, recovery and repairing her relationships.
Presented by the renowned television host and media star Oprah Winfrey, the show was one of the most watched when it premiered in November. During the concert, Adele performs three songs from ’30’ as well as a few from her previous albums. Adele: One Night Only is inspiring, insightful, and an imaginative concert special.
‘Adele: One Night Only’ will also feature an exclusive interview of the singer by Oprah Winfrey. The singer bares her heart to the host, opening up on marriage, heartbreak, her recent weight loss, and more.
