Aha Video 30 Cr Offer Shocks Amazon Prime

Ever since the Coronavirus Outbreak happened, Nani and Sudheer Babu’s V (Telugu film) is in news for one reason or the other. The industry was shut down just days before the movie release and from then, there are rumors about the film likely to release on the OTT Platforms skipping its theatrical release.

Reports are that Amazon Prime Video came up with an offer of 25 Crore but that did not tempt producer Dil Raju. He announced waiting for some more days for a possible theatrical release. But with the industry not even ready to resume the shootings, it looks like the delay is going to be more.

Now, another OTT platform, Aha is trying to woo Dil Raju. Aha reportedly offered a whopping 30 Crore for the film’s Digital Premiere Rights. There are no notable OTT releases in Telugu. All the OTT Platforms are looking at a sizeable film to attract the Telugu audience.

Even though there are reports of Anushka’s Nishabhdam likely to go for an Online Release. V will be the perfect fit. Let us see if V will be the first film in that direction.
