Amazon Prime Video is going to offer a treat to the Telugu audience two days on a trot in November. The OTT Major already announced the release of Anand Deverakonda’s Middle-Class Melodies on the 13th of November. Reports are that Suriya’s Aakasame Nee Haddura is now arriving on November 14th now.
Aakasam Nee Haddura (Soorarai Pottru in Tamil) was supposed to release on October 30th. But then, there are unconfirmed reports of a postponement. If the reports of the movie arriving on November 14th are true, the OTT Major will be treating the Telugu audience with two back to back films in two days.
Aakasam Nee Haddura is the story of how a retired army officer dreams of starting an airline business with just Rs 6000 in his pocket. The story is all about the insults, red-tapism, and negative energy pulling back while he tries to achieve his dream. It is loosely based on the life of Captain GR Gopinath who started India’s first Budget Airline, Air Deccan.
Meanwhile, Middle-Class Melodies is a fun-filled story of a sweet and simple middle-class family living in a village where a young man has big dreams of owning a hotel in a town. It has to be seen which of these films will impress the audience for Diwali.
