Just after a couple of days of dropping the first look, the G.I.JOE franchise has just released the first trailer of their spin-off ‘Snake Eyes’ aka Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins and it’s just stupendous.
The trailer of Snake Eyes may be of only a minute-long but it doesn’t miss to impress its fans with it’s unbelievable action sequences from the first frame till the last. The trailer reveals the character of Snake Eyes, played by Henry Golding, speaking for the first time in the history of the franchise which could be before he took the vow of silence. The trailer also features Snake Eyes wielding his famous Katana blade fighting numerous ninjas at a time. The Baroness and Scarlett, the two badass women of the franchise were also seen in the trailer with Hard Master.
As reported earlier, apart from Henry Golding, Úrsula Corberó as The Baroness, Samara Weaving as Scarlett, Haruka Abe as Akiko, Andrew Koji as Storm Shadow, Tahehiro Hira as Kenta, and Iko Uwais as Hard Master will also be there in the film. Snake Eyes will be directed by Robert Schwentke in association with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Skydance Media, Di Bonaventura Pictures and Media, Di Bonaventura Pictures and New Republic Pictures.
Paramount Pictures will be distributing the film worldwide just like the previous two films of the franchise and it’s scheduled to be released on 23rd July, 2021.
