Jr NTR’s small screen infotainment show Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu got off to a bright start but it failed to uphold the TRP ratings in recent weeks. The weekly TRPs kept declining at an alarming rate in the past 3 weeks. Well, there is more bad news to the show-runners as Jr NTR has decided not to host the show for the subsequent seasons. He has turned down the prospect of hosting the show for the second season. He is fully focused on his next biggie NTR30 now.
NTR30 pre-production works are nearing completion now. The makers had completed the set assembling works very recently. The production team erected a special set at a private studio in Hyderabad and the only thing that is due now is the commencement of the shoot, which is not too far from now. With NTR30 hitting top gear, Jr NTR has decided to sideline Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu for good.
Well, Jr NTR is hopeful of attaining pan-India stardom with RRR. In accordance, he is lining up multiple pan-India projects, with the first one in line being NTR30, a Koratala Siva directorial. He has also lined up a film with KGF fame Prashanth Neel. This project is titled NTR31 and it will hit the floors once Tarak is done with NTR30. On a related note, there are also rumors that ace Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has approached Jr NTR with a script and this project might materialize if things fall into place. With all this in mind, Jr NTR is in no mood to continue with Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu.
As for Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu, it is heard that the show will be coming to an end this Diwali. The final episode will feature Mahesh Babu and it will be one of the premiere episodes of the show. This episode is likely to be aired on the 4th of November.
