Upcoming Netflix Original film ‘Red Notice‘ is easily the most anticipated film on the streaming platform for the month of November. To add an even more celebratory touch to the premiere of ‘Red Notice’ this week, Netflix has released a funky version of the iconic song ‘Bach Ke Rehna Re Baba‘, reworked to suit the heist thriller film.
The song has been sung by popular Indian rap artists Badshah and DIVINE, along with the singer with the golden voice, Jonita Gandhi, and put to music by Mikey McCleary. This is the first time that Badshah and DIVINE have come together for a song. The song has been created in collaboration with Universal Music India.
The video of the song is groovy too – it features an action and adventure packed hunt for Cleopatra’s golden eggs, which is also the core story of the film. Inspired by the film, the video of the song showcases a thrilling heist and an intense chase for the golden eggs across various locations. The video features Mumbai’s iconic landmarks, along with the distinctive Koli community of the region. It has been directed by Reema Maya and captures the essence of the film and India perfectly.
‘Red Notice’ is a heist thriller that stars Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds. It has been written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. ‘Red Notice’ arrives on Netflix on November 12, 2021. The movie will also be available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu for Indian audiences.
