Dangal fame Fatima Sana Shaikh has decided to depart from the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil movie, Aruvi. The upcoming project is going to be helmed by director E Niwas. As per reports, Fatima is already busy with other projects. That’s why she was unable to give dates to the Aruvi remake.
Makers were interested in commencing the filming of the remake movie in August this year. But the busy schedule of Fatima didn’t allow them to go forward with the project. As a result, its production work shifted a couple of months back. Still, the Dhaakad girl is unable to dedicate proper time to Aruvi’s remake.
It seems like Fatima Sana Shaikh’s schedule is jam-packed these days. She is already in talks to star in Sam Bahadur with Vicky Kaushal. Her participation hasn’t been finalised yet. But she has shown interest in playing the offered character.
The production companies, Faith Films and Applause Entertainment, are making the Bollywood remake of Aruvi. The original Tamil entry was a huge success at the box office. It tells a story about a brave and rebellious young woman, Aruvi. She is determined to change the misogynistic thinking of society. It starred Aditi Balan in the leading role.
