ZEE5 has finally announced the release date for its much-delayed and hotly awaited Telugu film ‘Prema Vimanam’. The romantic comedy film will premiere on ZEE5 on 13th October, 2023. For those who don’t know, ‘Prema Vimanam’ is one of the most anticipated and buzzy films in the Telugu content space.
ZEE5 original film ‘Prema Vimanam’ has many advantages to its credit. First and foremost, the film has been made in association with well-known Tollywood filmmaker, Abhishek Nama, and his production company, Abhishek Pictures. Abhishek Pictures has recently produced popular and well-received Telugu films, ‘Ravanasura’ and ‘Goodachari’.
Secondly, ‘Prema Vimanam’ has an impressive lead cast. The film stars Sangeeth Shoban and Saanve Meghana as the leads. Prema Vimanam comes on the heels of another ZEE5 Telugu Original film ‘Oka Chinna Family Story’, which also starred Sangeeth Shoban in the lead. And which also received much love from viewers. Saanve Megghana, meanwhile, impressed everyone with her pairing with Anand Deverakonda in Pushpaka Vimanam.
Lastly, the most attractive thing about Prema Vimanam is its plot and premise. The film is described as a feel-good new age love story that centres on a young, much-in-love couple (Sangeeth Shoban and Saanve Meghana) that has eloped to start a new life. On the other hand is a pair of young boys (Devansh Nama and Anirudh Nama), with a dream to fly in an aeroplane.
Much chaos takes place when the two pairs of people inadvertently bump into each other at the airport, and an inevitable confrontation ensues. One couple’s dreams and the other’s urgency generate atypical situations, filled with hilarious and emotional moments. Eventually, love and bonding emerge, giving a fresh lease of life and hope in this joyful, laughter-filled ride.
Going by the above, Prema Vimanam promises to be a heartwarming, humour-filled movie, provided the makers don’t botch up the plot. The film is directed by Santosh Kata, while Anup Rubens has composed the music for the film.
Vennela Kishore, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Devansh Nama and Anirudh Nama also star in pivotal roles in Prema Vimanam. Kalpalatha, Supreeth and Sailaja Priya make up the rest of the cast.
