Yash Raj Films, aka YRF, unveiled the first glimpse of Deepika Padukone from their hotly anticipated film, ‘Pathaan‘. The Shah Rukh Khan starrer hits theatres on 25th January, 2023, exactly six months from today. Deepika Padukone is the leading lady in Pathaan, opposite Shah Rukh Khan. YRF revealed the first glimpse of Deepika Padukone in Pathaan as a way to celebrate the ‘six months to go’ mark for the film.
Deepika Padukone graces the new motion poster of ‘Pathaan’ in a badass avatar. Deepika, dressed in a vest, has a smoking gun in hand that has just let loose a bullet. The image is memorable and unlike anything we’ve seen Deepika Padukone essay before. The first motion poster of Pathaan, released in June, featured a battered Shah Rukh Khan, gun in one handcuffed hand. Both motion posters have left fans intrigued about the plot of the film. Not much is known of the plot or of characters being played by Shah Rukh Khan or Deepika Padukone in Pathaan.
John Abraham plays a crucial role in Pathaan, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. The film is being directed by Siddharth Anand, who’s earlier directed Bachna Ae Haseenon, Ta Ra Rum Pum, Bang Bang, War, among others.
