Netflix is back again with Harlan Coben’s adaptation once again. “Hold Tight” is a polish series which is available in English. The series is about a couple who are leading a peaceful life and then their life becomes hell when their child goes missing and his mother goes to hunt for the truth. The trailer shows some intriguing moments of this mystery thriller and promises a stirring series.
The show is directed by Michal Gazda and Bartosz Konopka, both are polish directors and the original name of the series is “Zachowaj Spokój”. The show features Magdalena Boczarska and Leszek Lichota in the lead roles playing as the parents of their son who is played by Krzysztof Oleksyn. Agnieszka Grochowska and Grzegorz Damięcki who is known for their previous role in Harlan Coben’s adaptation “The woods” will also return in this series.
Harlan Coben is known for his novels which were adapted by Netflix as series. Netflix has already done six adaptations of his work. “Safe”, “The Innocent”, “The Woods”, “The Stranger Gone for Good” and “Stay Close” are other Netflix shows based on the novels of Harlan Coban. He also has a five-year deal with Netflix of five-year for 14 of his books to be adapted into series or films.
Harlan Coben’s adaptation has never failed to attract the audience. “Hold Tight” will also be a crowd puller. The show is set to stream on Netflix from April 22 2022.
