One of the biggest projects of Kangana Ranaut‘s career will be the upcoming VFX-heavy magnum opus ‘The Incarnation: Sita’.Now, the latest post of the film’s director has fans excited. What did he tease? The inclusion of superstar Chiyaan Vikram in the project!
In a post dated October 1st, the director of ‘The Incarnation Sita’ Alaukik Desai shared a photo of his meeting with south superstar Chiyaan Vikram. Desai’s caption described how Vikram liked the narration and the concept of a film he had given the star. With Desai also tagging the official handle of the film, the lead Kangana Ranaut, and a few others of the crew who were officially confirmed to be associated with the ambitious project, fans’ excitement is going off the roof after this development. Though neither Chiyaan Vikram’s role nor his inclusion in the film has been formally announced, it is speculated that he will be playing the role of Ram, possibly in an extended cameo.
‘The Incarnation: Sita’ is a retelling of Ramayana from Goddess Sita’s point of view. It will be written by legendary writer K.V. Vijandra Prasad (Bahubali, RRR) along with Alaukik Desai and National Award-winning lyricist Manoj Muntashir. This will be one of the numerous collaborations between Kangana and Vijandra Prasad, who also wrote her 2019 hit film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ and OTT blockbuster ‘Thalaivii’. Manoj Muntashir will also be writing the dialogues and lyrics for the film. The film will be produced by Saloni Sharma and Anshita Desai and is currently in the pre-production stage.
Vikram is currently basking in the humongous success of his latest film ‘Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1’. Kangana Ranaut on the other hand is busy with her first solo directorial, the big-budget period film ‘Emergency’. Let’s hope the rumors prove true and we get to see the incredible powerhouses of talent opposite each other.
