One of the most keenly awaited films on OTT in the past few weeks has been Rakshit Shetty‘s heartwarming, slice-of-life film, ‘777 Charlie‘. The film did excellent business in the theatres. It also garnered heaps of praise, appreciation and accolades from critics, audiences, film industry folks and celebrities too. 777 Charlie released in theatres on June 10. Now that the film has had a decent run at the box office, it is now time for the OTT release of 777 Charlie.
We at Binged have got you definite information on the 777 Charlie OTT release date and OTT platform. The post-theatrical streaming rights for 777 Charlie were bought by Voot Select. 777 Charlie features Rakshit Shetty and lovable Labrador Charlie in primary roles, alongside Sangeetha Sringeri, Danish Sait, Raj B Shetty and Bobby Simha in supporting roles. The film is said to be inspired by real events.
Dharma (Rakshit Shetty) is an angsty, lonely factory worker. His life is devoid of love and meaningful interactions with his fellow humans. But one fine day, a dog – Charlie – comes into his life, and his anger and frustration slowly dissolve before the unconditional love showered on him by the canine. 777 Charlie brims with emotions of every hue – love, friendship, loyalty, sadness, but most of all, the power of love – between man and dog.
777 Charlie is written and directed by Kiranraj K in his directorial debut. 777 Charlie is produced by Rakshit Shetty, under his banner of Paramvah Studios. GS Gupta is the co-producer of 777 Charlie, alongside Rakshit Shetty.
