Varsha Bollamma bagged her first OTT hit with the Telugu movie, Middle Class Melodies which released on Amazon Prime Video a couple of weeks ago. The actress with her innocent looks looked good as the girl next door. The actress is looking forward to her next, a Kannada film, Manne Number 13 which will premiere on the same platform on November 26th.
The movie is bilingual in Kannada and Tamil. The Tamil version has been titled ’13aam Number Veedu’. The actress spoke about the difficulties in shooting for a bilingual in an interview. “It is not easy. It is not just about saying every single dialogue twice. I am well versed in Kannada because I am from Coorg. I known Tamil as well. So, dialogues are not difficult. We have to emote twice for the same shot. It is not easy. Moreover, it is a horror film with many close-up shots,” the actress revealed.
If the movie becomes successful, the actress will be able to impress the Tamil and Kannada audience at a time. She will get to make an impression on three industries – Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil in a span of two weeks which will be a unique feat.
