MUBI introduces a viewer to a new film every day, made by amateurs, avant-garde and established filmmakers. Available to users across browsers, mobile, smart television, streaming sticks, MUBI is being offered at an introductory price of Rs 199 for the first three months. However, a viewer would have to shell out Rs 499 (per month) after this offer.
As of now, MUBI has teamed up with media agencies like FilmKaravan, NFDC, PVR Pictures, Shemaroo, and Ultra to curate its content for Indian users. Some of the titles on the same are Om Dar-B-Dar, Binnu Ka Sapna, Duvidha, Amy to name a few. MUBI is not going to have it easy in India, facing competition from 30+ platforms whose content is way more diverse than the former.
