OTT giant Netflix has been invariably dominating Nielsen’s top ten streaming charts and this week is no exception. In fact, as per the latest Nielsen’s weekly top ten streaming chart (for 28th November to 4th December week), it’s Netflix all the way in the coveted top ten streaming list. Because Netflix has secured a 100% score this time as no title from any other OTT platform has been able to make it to Nielsen’s latest streaming list.
As per Nielsen’s latest overall streaming top ten list, the massively popular horror comedy series ‘Wednesday’ has bagged the top spot with more than a whopping 5.3 billion minutes under its belt. ‘Wednesday’ has also turned out to be the most watched series on Netflix consecutively for six weeks. The show focuses on The Addams Family character Wednesday Addams (played by Jenna Ortega). The story is about how the gothic teenage girl hones her psychic abilities and investigates a series of brutal killings.
The second-best title on Nielsen’s overall top ten streaming list is the drama series ‘Firefly Lane’ (967 million minutes), whose second season recently started streaming on Netflix. And the third-best title is the dark comedy series ‘Dead to Me’ (898 million minutes), whose third and final season started streaming on Netflix from November 2022.
