After the decent success of Jamtara Season 2, the marketing team of Netflix India has another challenge to keep them engaged. It is their romantic series Mismatched Season 2. For strange reasons, we are only seeing returning seasons by Netflix from the past few months.
But whatever the case may be, Jamtara Season 2 was a good series and even the overall marketing strategy by the platform was full-fledged. That too, to an extent that it appeared to be second only to Madhuri Dixit’s The Fame Game.
If you remember, then while promoting Jamtara Season 2, Netflix released the first two episodes of the first season on YouTube for free.
Needless to say, it tempted the audience and we all know how it helped them build interest. Something similar is going on with Mismatched Season 2.
However, instead of two episodes, only one episode of Mismatched Season 1 is out for streaming but it shows that Netflix is getting serious with their viewer ship. For a long long time, they have been mercilessly trolled for their content which never connects with the masses.
If not with the content, they can do better with promotions meanwhile working on the subject they choose.
Regardless, if you are a romantic freak, you might enjoy watching Mismatched Season 2. But to build the temptation, you may enjoy watching the first episode of the first season.
