For Netflix India’s top ten films list, the topmost spot has been bagged by the romantic drama movie ‘Rangabali’ starring Naga Shaurya in the lead role. And on the second and third places of the Netflix list are the political thriller flick ‘Maamannan’ and the action-comedy movie ‘Hidden Strike’ starring Jackie Chan and John Cena.
On the Netflix top ten TV shows front, this week’s top spot has been secured by the docuseries ‘The Hunt for Veerappan’. While on the second and the third spots of the Netflix list are the Punjab-set investigative drama ‘Kohrra’ followed by the legal drama series ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’.

10. Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga
The crime thriller movie follows the story of a flight attendant (Yami Gautam), who plans to execute a diamond heist with a friend’s help inside a plane, to get rid of a debt. But their plan goes awry when the plane gets hijacked.
9. Soulcatcher
The Polish action thriller movie follows the story of a military contractor, who makes it his mission to retrieve a device which turns humans into ruthless killers after his own brother becomes a victim.
8. Lust Stories 2
The ‘Lust Stories’ sequel comprises four short films directed by four different filmmakers namely R. Balki, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sujoy Ghosh and Amit Ravindernath Sharma. Based on the themes of love, sex, and desire, the anthology features Kajol, Mrunal Thakur, Neena Gupta, Tamannaah, Vijay Verma, Angad Bedi, and Tillotama Shome, amongst other cast members.
7. Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie
Based on the ‘Miraculous’ franchise, the animated superhero movie follows the story of two Paris-based ordinary teenagers, who are transformed into superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir. Together, they must join forces and save their city from a new threat.

The action thriller movie features Dwayne Johnson as a bank robber, who decides to exact revenge from those responsible for his brother’s death. But on his trail is a relentless cop (Billy Bob Thornton) and an assassin.
5. Paradise
Set in the near future, the sci-fi thriller movie follows the story of a man who desperately tries to help his debt-ridden wife, who becomes the target of a sinister billion-dollar company which trades years of people’s lives.
4. Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead
Based on Haro Aso’s manga series, the action movie is about how the mundane life of an overworked corporate employee is turned around after the world is hit by a zombie outbreak.
3. Hidden Strike
The action-comedy movie features Jackie Chan and John Cena in the roles of former special forces soldiers, who must escort a group of civilians through Baghdad’s infamous highway of death while dealing with numerous obstacles during their mission.
2. Maamannan
Helmed by Mari Selvaraj, the political thriller movie focuses on a father and son duo (played by Vadivelu and Udhayanidhi Stalin respectively), who clash with a rival politician Rathnavelu (played by Fahadh Faasil). The movie also features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.
1. Rangabali
The romantic drama movie is about a happy-go-lucky and carefree man (Naga Shaurya), whose father sends him to Vizag for further studies against his son’s wishes. After reaching there, he falls in love with a doctor, whose father objects to their relationship.

10. CAT
Helmed by Balwinder Singh Janjua, the action thriller web series follows the story of a former police informant aka CAT (Randeep Hooda) who is enlisted by a disgruntled cop for a daredevil mission to infiltrate a drug empire and to cause a powerful politician’s downfall. Now, he must deal with a dangerous drug gang and his dark past to save his brother’s life.
9. The Uncanny Encounter
A group of people who work in a noodle shop operate as hunters of evil spirits during the night. And the newest recruit is a seemingly ordinary high school student who suffered from a mysterious accident many years back.

The Spanish romantic comedy series follows a hotel empire heiress Margot, who runs away from her own wedding after experiencing a panic attack. After the incident, she meets a heartbroken man named David, who helps Margot find her way.

The series features Henry Cavill as ‘Geralt of Rivia’, who is a professional monster hunter with special powers. His destiny makes him cross paths with Princess Ciri and the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg as they navigate their way through a corrupt medieval fantasy world called The Continent.
