OTT Space Is Not Devoid Of Pressure: Tamannah

It looks like Milky beauty Tamannah is in love with OTT from head to heels. The actress is so far a part of two OTT projects – Aha Video’s 11th Hour and Disney + Hotstar’s November Story. While 11th Hour failed to impress the audience, November Story has got a decent response. It looks like the actress is looking forward to making a career in the OTT space.

“With the OTT, the idea of stardom and actors will blur out. OTT offers a great platform for the actors to showcase us in different formats and different characters. It is more of a writer’s and actor’s space while films are more about stardom and commercial calculations. Things are much realistically portrayed here,” the actress excitedly says.

But then, she also hints that OTT space is not devoid of the pressure the actors have in films. “We are under pressure to stay on the top of our game with our performance. We should be constantly relevant. We need to evolve a lot to catch up with the demands of this space,” she adds. Tamannah currently has Maestro, Seetimaar, and Gurthundha Seethakalam in Telugu. She is also set to make her television debut with the cooking show – Master Chef which will soon be aired on Gemini TV.
