This 2nd November is even more special for the fans of Shah Rukh Khan. The superstar is finally set to be back on the big screens after a long hiatus of 4 years. We kept seeing him in cameos but they are seldom enough.
With the possible extension of YRF’s spy verse, the teaser of Pathaan is now out. The movie, apart from Shah Rukh Khan, also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles.
The film is directed by Siddharth Anand who also helmed YRF’s own spy blockbuster War (2019) having Hrithik Roshan in the lead role.
The teaser is exactly what the fans would have loved from such a big comeback of Shah Rukh Khan. SRK is playing a spy who has been unknown to the Indian agencies for quite some time but he is most definitely alive.
There are high-octane action sequences which also include SRK flying with the help of a machine. However, such things make a Siddharth Anand film stand out.
Deepika Padukone and John Abraham are also seen in action mode but they remained untapped in the teaser. It looks more like an SRK character promo than a film’s teaser.
But the BGM is super nice, the teaser is well-cut, and overall, it ended with a boom (literally too).
The film is scheduled to release next year on Republic Day Eve i.e. 25th Of January. The whole review and overall worth of the film will determine the box office fate of a movie that is not only important for Shah Rukh Khan and Yash Raj Films but also for Bollywood.
